In addition, a lot of legacy data from other systems had to be prepared and imported into HubSpot. <\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"growth-ninjas-solution-for-fomf\"><\/span>Growth Ninja&#8217;s solution for FOMF<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><ul><li>Implementation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.de\/products\/crm\/enterprise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>HubSpot Enterprise Platform<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>Conception of architecture and processes incl. custom objects <\/li><li>Support with the creation of automations<\/li><li>Programming <strong>HubSpot UI extensions \/ widgets<\/strong> for sales<\/li><li>Implementation of complex <strong>API \/ custom code workflows<\/strong><\/li><li>Customization of <strong>mail and offer templates<\/strong> (e.g. dynamic filling of newsletters with relevant content for each target group)<\/li><li><strong>Ongoing support<\/strong> for questions and technically complex issues.<\/li><\/ul><h4>UI extensions directly in HubSpot (React &amp; GraphQL )<\/h4><p>The complex booking logic for the allocation of individual time slots at events organized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fomf.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FOMF<\/a> (e.g. trade fair stand or conference) was <strong>integrated directly into the HubSpot interface<\/strong> using the new <strong>UI extensions based on <a href=\"https:\/\/react.dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">React<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/graphql.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GraphQL<\/a><\/strong>, replacing the old process using Excel spreadsheets.  <\/p><p>Among other things, special <strong>views<\/strong> were <strong>programmed for the offer and booking of these slots<\/strong> and special widgets were built for the sale of packages or multi-year memberships.<\/p><p>Instead of laboriously processing <strong>bookings<\/strong> via Excel spreadsheets, sales staff can now conveniently <strong>view the currently free slots (= products) per event (= custom object) directly in HubSpot<\/strong> and offer them directly to customers or assign the respective slot to the deal as an item with a click. Once an offer has been created, the slots are reserved or released again once the offer has expired. Sales staff are also notified when sales colleagues have sold this slot.  <\/p><p>The new views thus ensure a <strong>central overview of the current status of free or booked slots directly in HubSpot<\/strong> without having to switch tools.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"project-result-customer-benefits-for-fomf\"><\/span>Project result &amp; customer benefits for FOMF<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>FOMF&#8217;s <strong>internal departments<\/strong> are increasingly growing together through the <strong>use of HubSpot<\/strong> (especially Marketing, Sales &amp; Customer Success) and can thus also view and use the activities of the other parties.<\/p><p>In the meantime, <strong>FOMF<\/strong> has already <strong>seen<\/strong> an <strong>increase in efficiency<\/strong> and the sales department can finally work cleanly and record activities with a standardized
