CRM
- As a super admin, you can now export an"audit log", which is a list of actions & timestamps from HubSpot.
- New timeline features: fixing important entries at the top of the timeline and the new filter options make working easier from now on.
- New CRM integration with Okta: You can now create, update or delete contacts directly from Okta.
Sales Hub
- New Sales Hub integration with Zoom: a recording and transcription are automatically created.
- It is now possible to create repeating tasks: "repeat every X days/weeks/months/years".
- New workflow feature allows you to automatically add contacts to a sales sequence through a trigger.
Marketing Hub
- New access restrictions for ads: easily add teams and users to an ad account.
- Also use the new user roles to determine who has access to the marketing campaign tool, calendar and tasks.
- From now on it is possible to create and save layouts and blocks for marketing emails in order to reuse them in the future. Save your headers, footers, etc. and use them over and over again without extra effort.
CMS Hub
- You can now easily make design and style changes without needing CSS support from developers.
- Besides, it is also possible to modify your blog pages directly in the page editor (instead of in the Design Manager) to add content, move elements and view the analytics.
Service Hub
- From now on it is possible to trigger automated actions by specific data in tickets & conversations.
Operations Hub
- Company Sync: Use this feature to let HubSpot and other programs like Microsoft Dynamics or Intercom communicate with each other. With this new feature, data is exchanged at top speed and can then be further processed in HubSpot - e.g., in the form of a data exchange. for segmentation, automation or reporting.
