How the Service Hub helps your company increase customer satisfaction

The Service Hub offers the customer service team the opportunity to satisfy customers as efficiently as possible. With a few simple clicks, the mailbox is connected and you’re ready to go. You can create the data fields you need and define the ticket phases individually, according to your service process – from receipt of a request to satisfied customers.

There is also the option to create and control chats and bots, so you have that in the HubSpot system as well and don’t have to tediously switch and sync between systems. There is also the option to make a phone call directly from HubSpot , and HubSpot then also logs the phone call in your record right away.
