Best Practices: Maximize your marketing efficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub

The Marketing Hub is the ideal playground for all forms of newsletters, marketing emails and marketing automation. Depending on the stage, you can do excellent lead nurturing or customer nurturing – and everything in between.

In addition, you can also link and manage your social media accounts. And, of course, your ad accounts – so you can see how many (and which!) leads have been generated through your paid ads channels….

Of course, landing pages, forms and CTAs are also important for lead generation. All of this is made available to you in the Marketing Hub.

Best Practices

1. think through the customer journey

Thinking through the customer journey is probably one of the most important points and yet is often forgotten in the implementation euphoria. Often, only individual components are created (such as a HubSpot form), but without keeping the “big picture” in mind:

  • How does the lead get to the form?
  • If he sent this in, what happens after that?
  • Does the person receive a mail?
  • Is she being called?

These are all important questions that should be answered before creating a landing page, forms, and marketing emails in HubSpot.

2. link paid ads accounts

When you use
Paid Ads
for your lead generation, then you should link the channels with HubSpot. This allows you to track the source of the leads and see the success of your paid ads at a glance without having to switch to other accounts

3. create campaigns and directly see the results from all marketing activities

A great tool from HubSpot is the Campaign tool. A campaign can be thought of as a folder where you can store all the elements of your marketing campaign – Ads, Newsletters, Landing Pages, etc. The campaign is thus your Overview and performance measurement of all components of the campaign or the complete customer journey and the corresponding conversion rates.

4. marketing automation

It’s clear that marketing automation is a best practice. Automation of marketing mails and various processes should be an essential part of your setup. We have already written various articles about this in detail:
