In addition to traditional translation, they also offer services related to the translation process: from process optimization to training, interim management and practical server solutions, they have it all.

Challenge

Meinrad has a wide variety of customers in the fields of mechanical engineering, medical technology and software. Therefore, it was important for Meinrad to improve communication in the digital world in the direction of the different target groups and to make their focus and services more tangible. Furthermore, Meinrad had been toying with changing your HubSpot onboarding agency for quite some time, as it was insufficiently responsive to the desired requirements.

Growth Ninjas Solution

The solution to these challenges had several levels: to clarify why the appearance and communication in the digital world towards the customer did not have the success Meinrad expected, a brand positioning was carried out.

This clearly showed that the company’s presentation to customers was not appropriate in parts – neither visually nor in terms of content. A redesign of the logo and corporate design followed, completed by a complete website relaunch with a change in content focus from an emphasis on addressing target groups and a link to HubSpot. After various training sessions, Meinrad was then HubSpot-ready and could easily take over customer communication and engagement himself with workflows and sequences.

Project result & customer benefit

Meinrad was able to win a major client just a few days after its website relaunch with the clear feedback that the client had clearly understood what Meinrad does and delivers and therefore had chosen Meinrad as a partner. In addition, a lot of positive feedback followed on Meinrad’s new look&feel and appearance.

At the end of our collaboration, Meinrad was able to handle HubSpot completely on his own, and even after his own WordPress training, was able to make content on the website – such as blog articles or minor textual changes.
