Challenge

For Hello bank!, as one of the leading online brokers in Austria, the topic of digitalization and automation is clearly the be-all and end-all. Starting from an already high level of efficiency, the objective and focus was primarily on the topic of process automation. Targeted improvements should free employees from monotonous tasks so that they can devote themselves to the ongoing optimization of existing processes.

Growth Ninjas Solution

We supported Hello bank! in the ongoing analysis of its internal and external processes and optimized its business processes through end-to-end digitalization.
Our services included:

  • Program and project management
  • Workshop moderation
  • Prioritization of work packages, together with the specialist departments
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders

Project result & customer benefit

Processes were improved, streamlined and automated, primarily through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The first RPA processes were accompanied and then transferred to the bank’s line function.

In addition to increasing efficiency and reducing costs, sustainability has not been neglected. The number of paper-based customer communications was significantly reduced.
