Challenge

With the goal of further company growth and a constant increase in new customers, KaWa decided to implement the HubSpot CRM system to optimize and further expand its internal sales processes.

In addition, KaWa focused on adapting its digital presence to offer users an improved user journey on the website and to formulate the two focuses AWS and Magento more clearly to the target group.

Growth Ninjas Solution

The CRM system chosen was HubSpot. In a joint workshop, all requirements for the CRM were first defined. KaWa’s historical and current customer data was collected, cleaned and finally imported into HubSpot. The entire sales process, including the sales funnel, was optimized and mapped in HubSpot for future sales activities. Finally, KaWa employees received extensive training in the use of HubSpot in their daily work, customer communication and customer support.

Before the website relaunch, a positioning was developed together with KaWa in order to derive a targeted communication strategy and to strengthen the brand identity. In the course of this development, a redesign of the logo and a visual adaptation of the CI were determined in order to achieve a “modern” appearance as a company. The focus of the website relaunch was the detailed presentation of the partial services of the two main topics Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Magento online stores in order to be able to achieve clear order and project delimitations. Offering these partial services as “modules” enables customers to request individual services or these in combination with other modules.

With the introduction of HubSpot, KaWa was able to significantly simplify and automate its sales processes and improve targeted new customer acquisition. With the relaunch of the website and through the clear positioning, KaWa became more visible in the breadth of its competencies for the target groups. The clear communication strategy also laid the foundation for improved appearance and acquisition.
