Challenge

ifs offers a wide range of services in the field of technical facility management for a variety of customers. It was therefore important for ifs to optimize its communication in the digital world in the direction of its target groups and to make its services and added values more tangible. In addition, the new service area of digitization of files should also be brought into focus. Finally, the expertise of ifs was to be highlighted even more clearly and its market leadership emphasized.

The solution to these challenges was divided into several steps: First, a website relaunch was carried out with a new content concept and a clear structure of the four service areas into detailed services and added values for the customer. In addition, the website was expanded with a blog to publish expert contributions on the service areas and thus make ifs more tangible in the way it works. All with SEO in mind.
