Challenge

In 2020, Rendity GmbH, as one of the market leaders in the field of crowd real estate investing, was faced with the major challenge that, with the large growth in customer numbers, a uniform marketing and sales CRM also had to be connected to the existing databases in order to optimize the management of leads and customers alike. The goal was to have one tool for all requirements in order to be able to leverage up- and cross-selling potential even more.

The first step was to understand the needs, both of a technical nature and in the area of marketing and sales. Several workshops were held to define the clear objectives of the migration and the requirements for the upcoming tool. Together with the customer Rendity, they decided on HubSpot because it was one of the few CRM tools on the market that could map all the important goals for a successful migration:

Only 4 months after the start of the project, all processes and functions were able to go live through HubSpot:
