JUMPER is an Austrian Internet provider with an exceptionally dedicated team with many years of experience. Jumper offers flexible, customized solutions for enterprise customers based on fiber, wireless, WIFI6 and LoRaWAN.

In order to expand its range of services, JUMPER acquired a majority stake in www.funknetz.at LE GmbH at the beginning of 2020.

Challenge

JUMPER approached us Growth Ninjas in early 2020: the company’s leadership team had previously reorganized and was ready to position the brand more clearly in the market. The focus here was clearly on acquiring new customers. In particular, the dedicated team at JUMPER was looking for support in relaunching the website, in the area of social media and in setting up a sales CRM.

In an initial kick-off workshop, we had jointly determined that we needed to take a more comprehensive approach to new customer acquisition for JUMPER. In addition to the original scope of the website, social media and sales CRM, this included the following additional components:

  • A clear positioning and corporate design based on it
  • Rebrush of the logo & relaunch of the website
  • Development of a content and social media strategy
  • Structuring of the sales process & design of the sales documents
  • Introduction of HubSpot as a comprehensive CRM tool for marketing, sales and service
