Challenge with metergrid

metergrid is still a relatively young company (founded in 2020), but it is growing very quickly and has already attracted a number of investors.

When metergrid came to the Growth Ninjas, they were already using Pipedrive, but were not completely satisfied with the system.
There was still no clear sales process and little automation.
It was simply no longer possible to process the large number of leads and the overview was quickly lost.
In order to support the necessary scaling of customers and sales, a well thought-out solution was needed.

Together with metergrid, the Growth Ninjas carried out and supported the complete implementation of HubSpot (Professional Suite). The entire CRM and a variety of functions from the marketing, sales and service hub are used to support the entire customer journey.

By using the entire HubSpot platform, metergrid was able to significantly increase the “number of hits” and process many more high-quality leads than before. “We currently have up to 100 qualified inquiries per week, which we can process efficiently thanks to HubSpot.” The entire customer journey, from the initial contact with the leads, through sales, to the entire project handling incl.
partner and finally the handover to the customer incl.
After Sales / Support is now mapped in HubSpot and provides the metergrid team with a central database.
