Challenge
yuutel set itself the goal of evaluating and implementing new tools & IT systems for sales and customer service in order to best support your motto “radically customer-oriented” in these areas as well. The CRM platform HubSpot was already being used very successfully in the marketing area.

At the beginning, it was important to understand yuutel’s goals and the requirements of the Sales & Service teams in order to deduce the suitability of HubSpot for this area as well and to create a roadmap for implementation. The IT department was also involved from the very beginning, as the existing billing system had to be connected directly to HubSpot. Data should be seamlessly synchronized without manual double entry and media discontinuity.
In the project, we ensured a successful implementation through a mix of sessions in the core team, agreed implementation packages, configuration and data transfer in HubSpot, and specific hands-on training of the employees in Sales & Service.
